The introduction to automatic photovoltaic pump systems:

Automatic photovoltaic pump systems consists of solar modules, controller and pump with DC brushless motor. The diagram of each component is shown as below. 

The features of automatic photovoltaic pump systems:

1. High efficiency:A high-performance and high-speed DC brushless motor is adopted and the efficiency can be as high as 85%. 

2.  Easy operation:The volume and weight of our pump is 1/5 of other photovoltaic pumps. Good reliability:With full protection function and long service life, our pumps are made of stainless steel, including the impellers.

Automatic mode one:There is a microcomputer automatic switch in the controller. In the daytime, when the sun rays are strong enough, the controller will start to work automatically. Once the sun rays are not strong enough, the controller will stop working automatically. The speed can be adjusted by DC inverter technology and the frequency can be changed automatically according to the intensity of sun rays so that we can make full use of solar energy.

Solutions:

1. For small amount of water, low level, and for civil application

       DC12V   input power 180W, Max. flow 3t,Max. head 20m 

       DC24V   input power 300W,  450W,  Max. flow 3t,Max. head 40m

       DC48V,   input power 550W,  750W,  Max. flow 3t,Max. head 50m,60m

2. For small companies water supply

The power of the pump can adjust between 350V high voltage and single-phase AC power. The pump can be supported by both solar energy and AC power and it can work automatically.

   The 3SZW and 4SZW pumps can be applied in this situation. If water is deep in the underground, then the power of the pump should be higher athan that for civil use and the flow should be 2 to 5t/h. When choosing the most suitable pump, we should pay attention that the rated head should be higher than the actual head. If the power of the pump is 1.5 to 2KW, we should connect the pump with single-phase AC power and if the power is 3 to 5KW, then we should use three-phase AC power.

3.    For factories, big companies and communities

In this case, pumps with large flow are needed and the flow should be about 20-50t/h. The head of the pumps depend on the depth of water underground. The power of the pump can be 2 to 30KW, and the pump should be connected to three-phase power and 520V solar panels.
